We are so excited to announce we’ll be popping up at Saltdean Lido on Bank Holiday Monday 29th May!

We will be offering lovely hot saunas + ice baths all day long! The sauna will be open for community slots from 10-5pm. You will be able to use the changing rooms, showers + lockers.

If you want to use the pool you will need to purchase a swim ticket book here – and make sure you shower before using the pool. There is also a lovely cafe truck, a lawn to lie on + a great kids pool on site.

We can’t wait to bring the sauna and all it wonderful health benefits to Saltdean! Book via our booking page – choose a 60min community slot + choose Saltdean as your location option.

Community slots are £15 for an hour.
